Ranmere St – Side and garden return
Returns are a great way to improve the living space of Victorian terraced houses. Structurally simple in design but the result is grand – space, light and a feeling of modern design.
Like most of our jobs this was project managed entirely by us. Starting with the structural steels, we knocked out the side and back wall of the kitchen. Pitched a roof and set about the interior build and construction. The refurbishment included electrics, plumbing and a new fitted kitchen.
