Old Street Pub Renovation
We converted this 5 storey Pub into 3 top end apartments.
Initially we under pinned, excavated and tanked the basement.
Fully stripped the existing interior, then went on to renovate and refurbish the interior to a top end spec, inc 2 suspended staircases, 3 high end design kitchens and bathrooms.
We project managed the entire operation which includes all new plumbing and electrics throughout.
This was an exciting project allowing us scope for signature design landscaping and really sharp craftsmanship.
